A 1.5 km promenade along the Kazanka beneath the Kremlin walls, with views of the Palace of Farmers, the "Bowl" on the opposite bank and the evening lights.

The pedestrian embankment stretches about a kilometre and a half, from the Kremlin walls to the National Library.
Along it there are cafés, fountains, sculptures and a pier.
Little tourist road trains in the shape of steam engines run along the promenade.
In winter a skating rink almost a kilometre long is flooded here, one of the longest in Russia.
