A modest 18th-century house on the Peterhof Road: the Vorontsov estate by Vallin de la Mothe, home to a church since 1991.

R. I. Vorontsov’s estate was built in 1756 to a design by J.-B. Vallin de la Mothe.
In 1991 a church community took over the building — hence the Church of the Holy Martyrs Faith, Hope, Love and their mother Sophia.
The house stands on the old Peterhof Road, where the nobility’s country estates lined the way in the 18th century.
Its neighbour on the same side of the avenue is the Church of Metropolitan Peter (1992–2000), built in memory of Ulyanka’s old church.
