Repin's dacha with a studio, glass roofs and a park with gazebos; the artist's grave is also there.

Repin bought the plot in 1899 in the name of his second wife Natalia Nordman, lived here for 30 years and died in 1930.
The estate is named after the Roman gods of the household hearth — their images are on the gates, painted from Repin's drawing.
Gorky, Chukovsky, Mayakovsky, Yesenin, Kuprin and Glazunov came to the "Repin Wednesdays".
In the summer of 1905, on the winter veranda, Repin painted a double portrait of Gorky and Maria Andreyeva.
In the study with its semicircular glass wall, Repin wrote his memoirs, Far and Close.
The dining table with a revolving centre was recreated from drawings in the Russian Museum archive.
In the war the house burned to the ground; it was rebuilt from the foundation and photographs, with the interiors as of 1905–1912.
