      • The Treugolnik manufactory was founded by the Hamburg entrepreneur Ferdinand Kraushopf: the company was established in 1859.
      • The ensemble of more than 150 buildings took shape from 1860 to 1917.
      • It was here that synthetic rubber was first put to industrial use.
      • The factory was named "Red Triangle" in 1922; until the late 1960s it was the largest producer of rubber goods.
      • It is the city's largest abandoned industrial zone — 34 hectares; in 2023, 50 buildings and 11 galleries were declared monuments.
      • Until the 1760s an oak grove planted under Peter the Great in 1715 rustled on the factory's site.
