      • Kapriz was built under the Golitsyns in the late 18th century and rebuilt in 1817–1818 to a design by Yevgraf Tyurin.
      • The pavilion stretches 53 meters but is only 9 wide.
      • In the early 19th century the whole complex of park pavilions was called Kapriz.
      • The Tea House is the former Library: the remains of Dmitry Golitsyn's books, confiscated in 1737, were probably kept there.
      • The rotunda pavilion became the Tea House after the fire of 1820; since 1936 Antokolsky's "Angel of Prayer" has stood in it.
