A maritime museum on the Pregolya: the research vessel Vityaz, the submarine B-413, a Be-12 seaplane and the “Glubina” (“Depth”) exhibition.

The museum welcomed its first visitors aboard the Vityaz, which was moored for good at the museum pier in 1994.
The Vityaz was launched in 1939 in Bremerhaven as the cargo ship Mars.
In 30 years under the flag of the USSR Academy of Sciences the Vityaz made 65 research voyages and covered about 800,000 miles.
Since 2000 the diesel-electric submarine B-413 has been moored next to the Vityaz — visits inside are by timed session.
In 2015 a storage building with the “Glubina” exhibition opened, and a Be-12 seaplane appeared on the embankment.
In 2022 the museum was given the status of a museum-reserve.
