        🏛 Ladozhsky Railway Station
        Заневский пр., 73
A modern 2003 station with a bright hall — the city's only through station.
Come out of the metro straight into the station and go up to the bright hall above the tracks — it's the city's only through station. Then along Zanevsky west, toward the Okkervil.

        • The station was built in 2001–2003 to a design by Nikita Yavein (Studio 44).
        • The idea of a through station on the right bank arose as early as 1973, but the project was judged too expensive and shelved for almost 30 years.
        • One of the prototypes was Ivan Fomin's unrealised 1912 project for Nikolaevsky (Moskovsky) Station.
        • Officially the station is called Dacha Dolgorukova — after the lands of Peter the Great's associate Yakov Dolgorukov.
        • The suburban station is tucked away on the lower level, while long-distance trains are met by a glazed hall above the tracks.
        • The project won the Grand Prix of the Zodchestvo 2001 festival.

        🌳 Okhta and Okkervil Embankments
        у Уткина моста, Малая Охта
Landscaped banks at the confluence of the Okhta and the Okkervil: walking paths, viewing platforms toward Utkina Dacha and an eco-style playground.
A playground with Black Sea pebbles and viewing platforms — on the shore by Utkin Bridge. Crowded in summer, quiet in October.

        • The embankments from Utkin Bridge to Shaumyan Bridge were landscaped in 2021 to a design discussed with local residents.
        • For the playground, sea pebbles were used for the first time in Petersburg — brought from the Black Sea coast.
        • Along the bank are boards about local animals and birds.
        • From the viewing platforms you can see the Utkina Dacha estate on its headland.

        🏛 Utkina Dacha
        Уткин пр., 2
A 1790s estate on the point where the Okkervil and Okhta meet: restored after decades of ruin, it will become a branch of the Museum of Urban Sculpture.
Look from Utkin Bridge or the viewing platform: the estate on the cape between the Okhta and the Okkervil. The Museum of Urban Sculpture is preparing it to open — check the museum's news before counting on getting inside.

        • The plot went to Mark Poltoratsky, director of the Court Singing Chapel, as a reward for taking part in opera productions.
        • The presumed author of the 1790 manor house is Nikolai Lvov.
        • The name comes from Vasily Utkin, second husband of Princess Zinaida Shakhovskaya, who bought the manor in 1828.
        • The round hall was painted by D. Scotti — the paintings were still recorded in a 1920 survey.
        • From 1904 it was a branch of the city almshouses for the mentally ill, then a psychiatric hospital.
        • The estate is a monument of federal significance; its roof, foundations and facades were restored in 2021–2023.
