        • The Pokrov Church is a copy of the 1708 church from Anhimovo in the Vytegra churchyard, which burned in 1963.
        • The reconstruction project was prepared by Alexander Opolovnikov from his own 1956 measurements.
        • The log frame was cut near Petrozavodsk and moved to the forest park in 2005; stones of the burned church were laid in the foundation.
        • The church has 25 domes and is 19 m tall; the minor consecration was in 2006, the full one on 14 October 2008.
        • The estate's historic house was built in 1831 by V. I. Beretti, although family legend attributed it to Montferrand.
        • Since 1990 the lost ensemble of the Zinoviev dacha has been part of the UNESCO World Heritage site together with the centre of Petersburg.
