        • The first building is a former police archive on the Griboyedov Canal.
        • On 10 September 2025 the second-floor halls opened in the neighbouring mansion of the merchant Ivan Alafuzov.

        🏛 Baltiysky Railway Station
        наб. Обводного канала, 120
A mid-19th-century station modelled on the Gare de l'Est in Paris, with a clock in the large window of its façade.
In October 2025, on the station square, instead of chaotic parking, a square was laid out with a memorial sign about the history of Russian railways. Look at the clock in the big window of the facade.

        • The building was constructed in 1855–1858 by architect Alexander Krakau; the prototype was the Gare de l'Est in Paris.
        • Until 1872 the station was called the Peterhof Station: it was built for Baron Stieglitz's private railway to Peterhof.
        • The station's left wing was intended for the imperial family.
        • The "Pavel Buré" clock in the stained-glass window of the façade still works.
        • The Oranienbaum line was the first in Leningrad to get electric trains — trial runs began in January 1933.
        • The Baltiyskaya metro vestibule of 1955 was added to the left wing, breaking the symmetry of the façade.

        • Peter's Palace stood for more than two hundred years and was dismantled for firewood in 1926.
        • In 1823 the park was redesigned at the initiative of Count Miloradovich, with pavilions designed by Auguste de Montferrand.
        • Yekateringof is mentioned in the novels Oblomov and The Idiot.
        • From 1948 the park was officially named after the 30th anniversary of the Komsomol.
