      A church of the late 19th century on the embankment; in Soviet years Leningrad's first covered ice rink was set up here.

      • The church was laid in 1895 for the metochion of the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra and consecrated in December 1897.
      • It was closed in 1932, though services continued until January 1935.
      • By order of Anastas Mikoyan the building was given over to Leningrad's first covered ice rink, which opened in 1961.
      • In 1991 the church was transferred to Optina Pustyn; the first services were held in the rink's former choreography hall.
