      • The mansion (the "Hunting Castle") was built in the early 1890s to a design by Alexei Kuznetsov and Vladimir Zeidler for Count V. A. Stenbock-Fermor.
      • Because of its white facades the house was nicknamed the "White Castle".
      • Count Alexander Stenbock-Fermor bought the Lakhta manor — 4,564 desyatinas on the gulf shore — in 1844.
      • Olgino was named after the heavenly patron of Countess Olga Stenbock-Fermor; the settlement plan was approved in 1907.
      • In 1919 an excursion station and nature museum opened in the mansion, and since the late 1940s a radio station has worked here.
      • Only the vestibule and the grand staircase survive from the counts' interiors; in 2019 the estate became a monument of regional significance.
