      🚶 Moderate — 3–7 km

The whole park in a day: lunch by the entrance, Fountain Square, the Avenue of Arches and the rose garden, a rope park and a children’s town, and a finale in the forest part by the Putyayevo Ponds.

👶 With kids🌳 Parks and nature
      👶 under 3, 3–6, 7–12 years · ✓ stroller-friendly

The clearings and the central part of the park are asphalted, so strollers get through everywhere; by the Putyayevo Ponds the paths are partly dirt and muddy after rain.

🍽 Kolbasoff restaurant in Sokolniki · 🧸 play area
        Русаковская ул., 31
        ▮▮▯▯▯
Kolbasoff is 3 minutes from the main entrance, on the metro side: drop in at the start or on the way back. The play area is small and has no animator, so you’ll have to watch your child yourself. Better to come in the daytime: it opens at 12:00, and evenings are noisy.
🍴 A restaurant-brewpub by Sokolniki metro with a small kids' play room (no entertainer, parents keep an eye on the kids) and a kids' menu; calm by day, noisy in the evening. Try: Bavarian sausages with cabbage, wings, tom yum; for kids, dishes from the kids' menu.
