        • The two-story bathhouse was built in the early 1770s by Fyodor Glebov as a gift to his wife Elizaveta Streshneva.
        • Researchers attribute the pavilion's architecture to Nikolay Lvov.
        • On 16 July 1775 Catherine II had tea here with Elizaveta Glebova-Streshneva.
        • There was a menagerie nearby: an 1805 inventory lists 21 deer and 109 rare birds, including Persian geese and swans.
        • In 1919 the pavilion was given to a textile workers' rest home, and during the war, according to the official version, a bomb destroyed it.

        • The ponds are a cascade on the Chernushka, a tributary of the Khimka, most of which has been piped underground.
        • In 1685 Rodion Streshnev ordered ponds dug in the upper reaches of the Chernushka and stocked with fish.
        • The middle ponds of the cascade were dug around 1968 in a marshy floodplain.
        • The name comes from the village of Ivankovo, where dachas appeared in the late 19th century, favorites of Moscow Art Theatre actors.

        • A stone Intercession church is already mentioned in 1629.
        • Until the 1980s the church was dated to 1750, but restorers found a small window in a wall from the 1620s and "aged" it by 130 years.
        • The church was rebuilt at his own expense by the dacha resident Pyotr Botkin, brother of the famous doctor Sergey Botkin.
        • Under Princess Shakhovskaya-Glebova-Streshneva the church was extended with side chapels of St Nicholas the Wonderworker and of Saints Peter and Paul.

        • From 1664 the estate belonged for almost 250 years to the Streshnevs, the family of Tsarina Evdokia, wife of Mikhail Fyodorovich.
        • Rodion Streshnev was the "uncle" tutor of the young Peter the Great.
        • The turreted "castle" was the idea of the last owner, Princess Evgenia Shakhovskaya-Glebova-Streshneva, in the 1880s–1900s.
        • The obelisk by the house is topped with a dog not in memory of a pet: the dog is a figure from the Streshnev coat of arms.
        • In 1992 the house was badly damaged by fire and then stood abandoned for decades.
        • The restoration begun in 2022 was completed on 10 June 2026.
        • In 1925 "The Bear's Wedding" was filmed here, and in 1962 the estate's gates flashed by in "Seven Nursemaids".
