The green centre of old Zelenograd: a pond with a path along the shore and the 40th Anniversary of Victory Park between Tsentralny Prospekt and the residential districts.

Zelenograd was conceived as a city in a forest: its districts are separated by woodland parks and ponds.
The city received the name "Zelenograd" in 1963.
The park on the pond's shore is named for the 40th anniversary of Victory.
From the pond to the Flute building and the museum it is a ten-minute walk.
