      A modern multi-story department store with a glass facade, opened in 2010 by Tsvetnoy Boulevard.

      • The department store was designed by the architect Yuri Grigoryan.
      • Before it, the site held the Central Market building of 1959.
      • The Central Market on Tsvetnoy Boulevard was founded in 1937.
      • The boulevard itself is named after the flower market opened here in 1851; before that it was Trubny.
