      🚶 Krutitskaya Embankment

      Крутицкая наб.

      An embankment under Krutitsy Hill, from Novospassky Bridge downstream; after the 2026 reconstruction, a wide pavement by the water and a view of Novospassky Monastery from the river.

      • The name comes from Krutitsy, the steep left banks of the Moskva below the mouth of the Yauza.
      • The reconstructed embankment opened on 4 September 2026 together with the first section of Simonovskaya.
      • The new pedestrian route runs along the left bank from Novospassky Bridge to the Torpedo stadium.
      • Simonovskaya Embankment is promised to be extended to Marc Chagall Embankment in 2027.
