      A creative quarter in the buildings of a Constructivist bread factory, with shops, cafés and showrooms.

      • The factory was launched in 1934 under the name Bread Factory No. 9 named after the 17th Party Congress.
      • The cylindrical building is a result of engineer Georgy Marsakov's ring baking technology: the dough moved in a circle.
      • It was the fourth Moscow bread factory to use the ring technology.
      • In 2015 the factory was privatised and closed, and the site was turned into a retail and office centre.
