      A creative cluster on the grounds of the former Crystal Factory, with workshops and design shops; until it was sold in 2021 it was called Flacon.

      • The complex opened in 2009 on the site of the former Kalinin Crystal Factory.
      • The developer Nikolai Matushevsky bought the idle factory in 2005 from its French owners.
      • In 2011 Forbes included Flacon in a list of 14 projects that changed the face of Moscow for the better.
      • In 2021 the complex was sold, the Flacon brand stayed with its previous owner, and the site came to be called Design Zavod.
