      A memorial park in the Novo-Savinovsky district: a 42-metre stele, an eternal flame and the conning tower of the submarine Kazan.

      • In the 1970s 1,418 trees and shrubs were planted, one for each day and night of the war.
      • The memorial with the eternal flame opened in 1995, for the 50th anniversary of Victory.
      • The Victory stele at the entrance from Yamasheva Avenue rises 42 metres.
      • Since 2010 the park has held the conning tower of the submarine K-403 Kazan.
      • The park covers about 50 hectares.
